How does billing start?+
You pick the agents you want, enter payment, and they start working immediately. We bill monthly (or annual with 10% off). Cancel anytime — your data stays for 60 days after cancellation in case you come back.

Do I have to hire all the agents?+
No — that's the point. Hire just the ones that fit (Maya for social, Tobi for research, Bianca for product, Luna for outreach) and pay only for those. Take the full crew and you get 10% off the lot. Add or remove agents anytime from Settings → Crew.
How do Luna minutes work?+
Luna includes 150 outbound + 300 inbound minutes a month. When outbound runs low she pauses and prompts you to top up with a prepaid minute pack starting at $39 — no metered surprises, no commitments.
How does the phone number work?+
Luna calls from a dedicated number with your branded caller ID — your name on the screen, listed with Truecaller for Business. That number is $29/mo plus a one-time $129 setup, so Luna is from $198/mo all-in. Prefer to use your own line? Bring-your-own-number setup is available as an add-on — just ask.
Do you offer annual discounts?+
10% off when billed annually, across every agent and the full-crew bundle. Most customers start monthly and switch to annual after month two.

Can I pay in EUR / UGX / KES?+
Yes. Billing is in USD by default with automatic currency conversion at checkout. African customers can request a UGX or KES invoice — we settle through local payment rails.
